When I heard about the attack on the Twin Towers, I was walking downstairs and my mom was watching the news. She told me what was happening and I couldn?t believe it. It looked like something from a movie. I just couldn?t believe it, nothing ever happened this serious and tragic in my lifetime. A few minutes later, I saw the first tower crumble down to the ground in front of my eyes. I was in shock for the longest after the Twin Towers had collapsed. I guess it didn?t really have an effect on me until later on in the year when I started seeing all of the American flags swaying so proudly with the wind. I realized that The whole world had changed because of one horrible day. I believe that my life has changed because I have been more patriotic and caring more and more about everything our country does together because we are all in this together and it?s so awesome to see how much our country has united. The losses of our fellow Americans will be in my heart forevermore.
