911DA Story: Story
My little sister and I were in our apartment that morning, about three months after we moved from the U.S.A, doing nothing in particular. Then my mom (who was in my grandma's apartment a few streets away) franticly called us saying something about airplane and buildings.
We turned on the T.V but we didn't really understand what was happening until my mom came home, crying, shaking and eating a million bars of chocolate.
I quickly called my best friend who was in Washington. It took forever to get through. She doesn't have a T.V and didn't even know what was happening before I told her. She didn't believe me.
It was absolutely horrible watching the mothers, fathers, children, wives and husbands crying on live T.V for their missing loved ones. I will NEVER forget the sight of the people jumping out of the buildings. It was horrible.
I had never seen something so DISGUSTING AND REPULSIVE as the Afganistans celebrating and cheering at the loss of so many Americans.
It's been a little more than a year since the terrorist's attack, and every time I think about that day my heart breaks from all the people who lost family and friends from the attacks.
