The morning of 9/11/01, my husband & I were preparing for a business trip to Harrisburg, Pa. As we watched, in horror, the video replay of the second plane hitting the Trade Center in NYC, we heard the roar of United Flight 93 pass over our home & crash approximately 1-2 miles away. It took only seconds for the plane to pass over our home to the crash site in Shanksville, Pa.My husband & I looked at each other in shock & amazement as we realized that planes could be crashing in our peaceful, rural community, as well as in major cities of our country.
