I awoke that morning to the phone ringing. It was my wife, telling me to turn on the TV, that a plane had just hit the World Trade Center. I did not think that much of it. I envisioned a small prop plane. I turned on the TV to get a look, just as I was did, the second plane hit. That was no prop plane, It was a commercial jet. What about the people in those planes, the towers? Soon after that, there was word of a plane hitting the Pentagon. That's when fear came over me. "What's next?" I thought. What do I do?

I will remember that day forever.
