911DA Story: Story

I first heard that a plane had crashed into the first tower while listing to The Today Show on my radio. The second plane crashed minutes later as I had left my desk to run an errand. When I returned, my co-workers informed me of the second plane. I proceed to telephone a relative in New York City and spoke with her home attendant. While talking with her on the telephone, she onformed me that a plane had just crashed into the Pentagon. I became very nervous and hung up the phone immediately. I proceeded to a room where TVs mointor the energy market. There were several colleagues watching the towers burn. I stood watching until the both towers fell. I could not watch anymore because at that moment I realize that many many lives had been lost and there was nothing that could be done. I soon left for home because there was no more work to be done.
