After the devastation in September 2001 at the World Trade Center site, dust covered everything. This is a window of a building nearby, with a message for us all.

At the entry to the site of the WTC near Water Street a check point was being set up. No one could pass without a respirator, glasses or hard hat. These city workers were decorating the entry point with a flag. September 2001.
