New Yorkers were in mourning and not in the mood for war. Many came to the anti-war demonstrations.

I am submitting a digital photo called "Redeemers". The photo was taken on 9/12/01 of the first wave of National Guardmen that came to the World Trade Center site. They are marching on the Westside Highway near Liberty street.
