On September 11, 2001 I entered Staples to buy a few things, while I was shopping I heard a loud bang, but did not think anything of it. Someone walks in the store and said that a helicopter crashed into the World Trade Center. When I went outside I saw Tower 1 on fire, as I was standing there I saw a second explosion, at the time I did not know what was going on. Everyone panic and ran, I was so scare that I ran all the way to work. When I arrived at work it was about 10:00 a.m., a few minutes later that's when the first Tower callapsed. The debris and all the smoke engulfed the entire Wall Street area. I was so afraid that I called my mother and told her to take care of my daughter because I did not know if I was going to make it of Wall Street alive. That day I walked almost 4 hours back home. It was a very terrifying day for me and others. I will never forget the images I saw that day, for they will always remain on my mind.
