Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: On Sept 11th 2001 I was on the 14th floor of our building for a DSL company, getting orders ready to pass out to my employees so they could get the days business started. My husband called me and told me to find a radio and turn it on, and that something has happened to the World Trade Center. At first I was confused that thought that something was going on in Downtown Dallas, since we have a company called that but I then realized when listening to the radio that it was not here where I lived but in New York City. Needless to say, everyone in our building that day did not get much work done, we had prayers outside our building and just spent time together calling our friends and family. It was a very sad day indeed that I will never forget. I remembered back to Dec 1999 when my husband had a business trip to New Jersey and I was able to join him. We took one of their cruises and took pictures of that Statue of Liberty, the World Trade Center etc.. I cherish those pictures and I cherish the people of New York.. Your strength is amazing and I'm proud to be in the same country as you.
