September 11, 2001- At 8: 45am I was sitting down to see how I would need to interact when the market opened at 9:30. One of the guys with an office in the back came up front and wanted to know if we had heard anything about a fire in the Trade Center. Some people started searching on the TV for news, I immediately picked up the phone and started dailing my freind Natalie's number at Cantor Fitzgerald. There was no answer. Then someone else comes running in and says that another plane has hit. My mind starts to go to all my friends and family who are in the building traveling and working everyady. My fiance worked in the World Financial center right across the street. this was one of the worse days of my life. My friend Natalie turned out to be fine. her son did not want to go to school that day so she called in late ut she still suffers from the loss of all her friends. my fiance had nightmares for months after but he was also okay. Out of the amny people i knew who were there I was lucky to have lost only one friend. What a said circumstance to say that luck has saved you from losing more loved ones. Regardless,Mr. Harold Ramos will always be missed. Rest in Peace Harry!
