This picture really captures not only the officer helping a New Yorker, but a New Yorker helping another New Yorker. It shows that behind all of the comments that New Yorkers are cold hearted and unable to help anyone in need, inside they are just like any other person from any part of the world, warm hearted and generous. Ithink to understand what New Yorkers are like, you have to be a New Yorker.
