911DA Story: Story

On September 11, 2001 I was at home watching the Today Show NBC with Katie Couric and I can still recall her face when she broke the story. I felt like I was right there with her. All I could think of was, what next? I cried, but I still could not come to reality that this was happening in our country. Since that day I feel like over the year since 9/11/01 I have changed for the better. I realize now what it means to be an American. I feel like now I can educate my 3 children on what it means and what it feels like to be an AMERICAN. God Bless the U.S.A.
