Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I can/could see the towers from the offices where I work. Among the many reactions from the horror of watching unable to prevent harm to running downtown to help......the following hit me after the 1st tower collapsed: When I was about 8 my uncle was part of the plumbling contractors working on the construction of the World Trade Towers. One tower was built and the 2nd was about 50 stories. I was taken to the site to see these incredible buildings. I remember standing atop the incompleted building (job sites have certainly changed) staring at the whole world and being amazed looking endlessly up to see the top of the completed building.
