Folks,
Initial indications are that the progressive caucus thought the milder
form of our resolution was still too controversial for them to support.
I'm going to buttonhole some alders before the Common Council meeting
tonight, find out more, and work with X on this.
We may need to submit the text as-is by this Thursday, and hope for at
least a debate on 11/20, even if we can't get anyone else to support it.
