I remember waking up to a phone call from my mother..."jared" she said "a plane has crashed into the world trade center"......i thought it was a sick joke...i turned on the news just in time to see the second plane hit....oh my god was all i thought.........we're being atacked!!! i began to worry about my friend chris who works in the city at a restaraunt...praying he was no where near the trade centers........my anger was ablaze at this point......how could anyone want to hurt innocent people for their own gain???? it's pointless......at work i found out that a few of my co-workers had lost family and friends during the terroris attacks....at around 10:00pm that night we all filed out of the building and gave a moment of silence for those brave men and women who risked and lost their lives for those who were trapped within......they are real american heroes....... it's now been a year since then and i haven't forgotten......my anger at those terrorists still very hot....my saddness for those who lost their lives still fresh........god bless the usa!!!!
