I was home that day,my two younger kids were sick.My oldest was out of work under DR.'s care.I was watching the morning news shows.....and then i saw the first plan hit the tower...of course at first we all thought it was an accident.I waited to hear details and prayed for the people in tower and plane,and family members.Then second plane hit I sat watching with my mouth wide open in horror...who...why?My kids realized i was very upset and sat to watch with me.I wondered is this he end of us all...will we be attacked here?News flooded in I was glued to t.v.,couldn't turn it off.I watched all day and night...felt like a bad dream...I was waiting to wake up!These events changed the way I viewed our country,our saftey,the wonderful men and women that serve to protect our rights.Lord is this your way of waking us up?Is this a sign of the times? My 14yr old son wrote his 4-H speech about these events,prejudice,hate and how to work together.So wise to be so young...they are our future! May God help us all never to take anything or anyone for granted again.
