Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was on maternity leave at that time. My son turned one month old that exact day. I received a call from my oldest sister and she told me to turn on the T.V. and look to see what had happened. I had never seen anything like it before in my life and I just couldn't stop watching it. When they would show the planes crashing right into the WTC and when they collapsed to the ground one right after the other. Watching it on television didn't make it real, it looked like it came right out of a movie where the WTC were just models and thinking it would still really be there in the morning. I remember feeling like my heart had dropped into my stomach and I looked directly at my son and started crying. I could not even imagine what it must have been like there in N.Y. Watching it on television was terrible but actually being there...I couldn't imagine what I would feel. For all those who lost their loved ones, my heart goes out to you and I hope that you will all find peace with your losses one day. God Bless America and all of you!!!!
