Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I took my youngest daughter to her elementary school that morning to an annual event called "Meet You at the Pole". It's a time when those who wish can go to the front of the school and pray and say the pledge to the flag before school starts. The gathering started at 7:30 central time, 8:30 eastern. There were probably about 100 people in attendence, which is a tremendous turn out concidering we are such a small community. Later in the day alot of us parents began to realize that our children, school leaders and ourselves we at the pole when the first plane hit the World Trade center. It was awsome to realize that we were parying for our country and its leaders at that particular time. It makes me very proud.
