I had woken up and got ready for school that morning. I had extra time so i turned on the television. On the screen, was smoke everywhere. At first I thought it was a scene from a movie, but then voices filled my ears, informing me that a world trade tower had hit. I thought it was an accident. Then I left for school. My first period class didn't discuss it all. Not everyone was even aware of it, but when I when i stepped into my second period class, World Geography, it was a whole different world. The entire class was devoted to listening of our radio about the crashes. My teacher told us that is was probably terroist attacks, most likely Osama bin Laden. She said that he had tried once before to bomb the World Trade Center. The whole day was different. All of my classes were a lot less talkative. I was upset because i used to think the United States couldn' t be beaten or attacked. It was like something that seemed like it could always protect us. I got scared because i never thought that we would ever be attacked again. I was wrong
