I was working at a supermarket at the time, in the office, when one of my co-workers came up front and said that a plane had just hit one of the towers. At the time we were all just thinking that it was some kind of freak accident or something. It never occured to any of us that it was the work of terrorists until we heard that a second plane had hit the other tower and then the pentagon as well, then we were all really shaken. You didn't know where the next attack would be and when, or if there would be no more. It was just an unbelievable, unreal event to witness and i hope that it is something this country never has to live through again.
