Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: On the night of September 10th, I had guests staying from out of town. A phone call on the morning of September 11, 2001 has changed my life forever. My Mother said get here quick, something terrible has happened!!! Not knowing what was going and with my Parents getting on in years, I thought it was a terrible family matter. My Sister was starting Chemo-Therapy that day for ovarian cancer and a million things went through my mind as I raced towards her house. When I found my Mother in the Television room, she was clutching her chest and then she said "Look!!! You're flight has just hit the world trade center!!!" As I looked in horror, I thought it was something surreal that had just been a dream and I was soon to wake up, that is when I saw the other plane hit and knew we were under attack, on our on soil between our own shores! You see, I am a crew for American Airlines, my roommates always bid on flight 11 because it was an easy trip and had a nice layover in Los Angeles. I am a Boston based flight crew for American Airlines and knew I had roommates a friends on that plane, and the feeling of helplessness, and grief were too much to bare. I used to be a crew member out of Washington, D.C. so I lost friends and "Family" from both bases. I still have survivors guilt and have even suffered some serious illnesses because of the stress and grief. God Bless America!!!
