<text>Armed with an arsenal of these weapons of terror, and seated atop 10 percent of the world's oil reserves, <unelected leader> could then be expected to seek domination of the entire Middle East, take control of a great portion of the world's energy supplies, directly threaten
America's friends throughout the region, and subject the United
States or any other nation to nuclear blackmail."" -Dick

""If this were a dictatorship, it'd be a heck of a lot easier,
just so long as I'm the dictator."" -G.W. Bush

Since 9/11, The Untied (Untied, not United) States of America
has gone from being a semi-respected leader of the 'free world'
to a bully-pimp which does what it wants, takes what it wants,
and threatens every country with ruin if they do not agree,
even itself. If a 'dirty bomb' strikes domestically before the
November 2002 elections, will independent analysis trace material
to source?

Can we salvage anything good from the wreckage and pain of such
reprehensible acts? Make the world safer and better?

You can't tell the players without a scorecard. There are far more
questions than answers. All questions are Y/N.

                                SCORECARD

    of the world's energy supplies?

5. Currently has verified means to
    implement questions #3, #4 ?

6. Directly and/or indirectly benefits
    by energy crisis past/present/future?

7. Believes in the 'Golden Rule', treats
others as he wishes to be treated?

    in prison?

9. Leads through fear and mis-information?

10. Wishes to be a dictator?

11. Knew anything about 9/11 attacks before
