Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I first heard the news on the radio. I could not believe my ears. I did not want to admitt that America was in trouble. I did not hit me hard until Steve Holstein (dj on wixy 100.3) announced that the Pentigon was being attacked. I called my husband to tell him to turn on CNN and tell me what was going on. A few minutes later I hear him scream NO! NO! NO! I thought something had happened to our daughter (she had just turned 1 on the 9th of September). He told me that the twin towers had just callapsed and we had just had a national catastrophy. I use to take freedom for granted but not anymore. Lots of times you hear of wars but never get to experierence the after affects. With this, our entire country was affected. Terrorst tried to divide us but that is what made us stand more unified.
