911DA Story: Story

I remember waking up around 6:30 am. Around 6:45 AM I went into the living room to look for my shoes. I have a really bad habit of leaving things where they don't belong. When I got into the living room my dad was watching the news, which is not unusual in our house. I noticed that something was happening so I asked him what was happening and he said that a plane had just hit one of the world trade center towers. I asked him if it was an accident and he said no one knew if it was an accident or not because no one knew a whole lot of information. A short time later, we saw the second plane hit the second tower, I remember saying "this is not an accident". My dad then said "definitely not". When my younger sister and I arrived at school a short time later around 7:30 AM we immediately went over to the student center to look for our friends, we found them watching tv in the main cafeteria we asked them if anything else had happened to which they responded that there was another hijacked plane out there somewhere. So we sat down and we all watched the news together. While we were watching in the cafeteria the first tower collapsed. Followed by the second one a short time later. None of us spoke a single word as we watched the news, it was so silent. I don't think any of us went to our classes that day.
