I was just waking up and my brother-in-law had caled and asked me if I heard about what happened at in New York? I said no. He said two planes had plowed into the world trade centers. I said "yeah right Steve." He told me to turn the T.V. on and I did. I was amazed and could not believe it. I have a hard time remembering after that. I think because of shock, especially when I heard about Flight 93, and the Pentagon. I felt helpless because of being so far away. My heart was heavy with sorrow for all those people. It still is one year later. If I did not have children, I would've definitly gone to New York and helped out. I feel that perhaps all this hatred should stop with one country, and that should be us.
