I have the pleasure of taking care of both my granddaughters-ages 1 1/2 and at the time her sister only two months old at the time. I was walking across the living room and stopped as CBS morning news said a plane had hit the first tower. My steps froze as the second plane hit and I remember picking up the oldest granddaughter and just staring at the TV in disbelief. Like many of us I just wondered what will it be like when these little ones grow up. I remember thinking WHAT IS HAPPENING TO OUR WORLD!!! Carol Salisbury St. Johns
