Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I was still sleeping when the first tower was hit and my boyfriend woke me up by telling me what had happened. It was weird to hear him say the words "Somebody is bombing the World Trade Center." At that time it was still blurry and we weren't really sure what was going on. I remember getting up and looking at the television thinking it wasn't anything and surely there was nothing to really be concerned about. It was a weird kind of shock. I remember going to Wal-Mart later that day and it was empty in there and all of the televisions overhead were replaying the bombing over and over again. It was like a mutual feeling of depression and loss of hope all at once. I haven't liked where our country has gone since then and I think our society is out of control. It disgusts me!
