Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: MY Sept. 11, 2001 I never would of thought a few short days after my birthday the world would be change forever. Well I woke up thinking that it would be another day at the Mahoing County Career and Tech Center in Canfield, Ohio. I thought that I would have some fun with friends and also go to my classes. Well this year I was lucky that I did not have a history class, but little did I know that I was going to be part of a chapter that will be written in a history book and remember forever. As I arrived at school I saw my friends and teachers and stuff not having the slightest clue what was going to happen in a few short hours. Thinking that it was any normal day I went along with my business. I walk to my first class, which was my lab and I got ready to go to work. As the three hours pass I work on my work, still clueless to what had happen around 9:00 am on that day. Soon enough it was brought to our attention that something bad was going on in New York City and at the Pentagon, but I did not think anything of it. Rumors went around the school that 2 planes crashed into the WTC buildings. Nothing seemed different as I walk through out the halls, but still clueless that as I stood there wondering if what they where saying was true, that the second plane has crashed in to the other tower and that the third plane crashed into the Pentagon. Well the day went on and rumors got stronger. As I sat in biology, one of my friends mom called and told him that he was allowed to leave that something bad happen in New York and to The Pentagon?then I knew that the rumors where true. We ran to the T.V. and turned it on to see a site that you would maybe see in a nightmare. The North and South building where smoking. Then we saw the Pentagon smoking as well. In the time of shock there where people mad, sad, and just plan out shocked. As we sat there we thought that it was over and that it can only get better but that is not what happen. Five minutes latter we just witness something that we thought would never happen. One of the WTC buildings falls from 110 stories in the air down to GROUND ZERO. After that everyone went home at 2:10 pm, we went home and turned on the T.V. and were wondering who would do a thing like that. But now on Sept. 11, 2002 we stand full guard ready for anything and everything. Even though the WTC buildings are not there and it dose not look right we will always remember that WE STAND UNITED!!!!!!
