911DA Story: Story

I was at school (10 grade) at Westlake High School when I got the tadgic news. Someone in the middle of the building called the attention to himself by blasting the radio telling about the tradgic event. Our school with a new administration did a very respectable thing by not letting our minds concieve the horrific events by telling us what happended and all the gruesome details but not turning the televisions on. I came home that day to find out that I had multiple family memebers around the area and even my dad about to take a photograph at or around the pentagon. Quincedently my mother was about to get airline tickets (when my family lived in New York) in the first Twin Towers bombing in 1992 (I think)but I got sick that day in 1st grade and it delayed the pick-up of the airline tickets because she had to pick me up and school and then get the tickets with me and that delayed her a couple hours. In those hours, the bombing took place and I feel that I had some part in saving her life that day if she was destined to become involved. For the next nine years of my life I dreamt about the Twin Towers of and on and whenever I did I woke up energetic and happy as if the Towers gave me a sense of comfort and security in a demented way. When I heard the horrible news, that sense of comfort was lost... as well as the numerous lives. Well anyway, my dad had the same sort of happening at the pentagon and had his photo-shoot delayed for some reason or another and didn't go. I don't know if it is a quicedence of a miracle or whatever, but that is my story that I will never forget.
