Well, I was taking my daughter to school at 8:40 oklahoma time, I was listening to the radio and all they kept saying was they thought a bomb had went off at the WTC. I was like oh no not again. Well I dropped her off and in the 3 minutes it takes to get home from her school they had said it was a terrorist attack and that smoke was billowing out from the building. I rushed inside to turn on the television and I still get choked up at the absolute horror I saw! I couldnt believe it. I remember feeling my 6 month pregnant belly as to comfort my baby. I just sat there in tears and awe. I began to pray for everyone involved. Then the second plane hit. I cried more. I went to wake my husband up. We just sat there for a long time watching this. I remember going to pick my daughter up from school early that day. I was pregnant with her when the Federal Building was blown up here in Oklahoma City. I remember having to explain why those plains hit the buildings to my daughter. She and I prayed together. It is something I will not forget. I have deep sorrow for everyone who lost a loved one or their own life.
