I lived in Florida at that time but I was born and raised in New York. I was watching a morning talk show Regis and Kelly, I stepped out of the room, and when I came back in there was Breaking News on, and they showed the one tower in flames. I said what is this, I thought it was a preview for a Movie. After watching I could not believe it, a plane hit, and I said what a horrible accident, at that time I thought it was an accident. After the second plane hit,I was in tears. It was done purposely, I was so upset, how can someone have so much hate. I was supposed to fly that week to NY for my cousins wedding. I wanted to drive to NY immediately, to my home, to my family. I had family who worked in the city. I was happy to find out they were all alright. I watched the TV 24-hours for weeks, it was such a depressing time, and a time that along with others will never forget.
