Tell us your story: I was the Horticulturist at this new golf club and had to get some help from our machanic, I went into the shop , but no one was there. I went into my boss's office where I found all the other management people I worked with-all men. They were watching TV. I thought they finally got the cable in they had been waiting for and were watching a Bruce Willis movie. When I said something to them they turned to me and said it was the World Trade Center. Before I could reply, the second plane hit the second tower. I couldn't believe my eyes! I went to my office, shut the door and fell on my knees to pray. We all watched later as the towers fell. My father was military and we were all over the world as I was growing up, and the memory that came and stuck in my mind was of Misawa, Japan. When I was in 5th grade we had to be escorted on base by armed machine gunners in jeeps because they were expecting 10,000 demonstrators at the main gates of the air base for May Day. The town with military personnel and their fammilies was only about 3,000. The terror that memory brings back is quite real.
