Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I remember watching cartoons with my children when my husband called on the phone. I remember him telling me to turn on the news, that the twin towers were just hit by planes. I couldn't believe my ears. I turned the television on and cried. Seeing the buildings fall, knowing how many people could have been trapped in their and the innocent people on the planes. I remeber feeling relief that all my family was safe. We had just returned from Ohio a few days before from a family reunion. I remember feeling guilty for everyone I knew being safe. I remember the anger I felt towards the terrorists that did this. I also remember thinking how could anyone have this much hatred towards people they didn't know anything about. I cry every once in a while thinking about everyone that lost their lives that day. I pray for all the families. I feel bad for all the children that lost their parents, knowing how hard it is losing my mother at the age of 7 myself. I try to explain to my children that their is just some evil in the world today and we need to just put our trust in God. I just pray that someday there will be peace in the world. I love America.
