Feel free to write as much or as little as you like. Tell us your story: I, Julie Hoot was driving to work and over the radio I heard the news. It was like a crude joke. Actually it would have been great if it was such. Unfortunately I arrived at work and it was confirmed even more, by the news on T.V. I called my boyfriend John Asta and left a message since he was still asleep. He is a Nasdaq Stock Trader. Unbelievably he had just taken off 2 weeks from the desk, otherwise he would have been at work. Later he awoke to my message and he then went to the T.V. MSNBC was a morning thing for us and he was completely shocked at what was shone on the screen. "It was like watching the movie DieHard." he said. I think it was the longest day that I have experienced in a long time. It is hard to believe that a year has passed since that day. The patriotism that has come from that tragic day is still strong and will always stay that way. All that lost their lives on that day will never be forgotten. God Bless America.
