I watched the replays of the first jet and we assumed it was a freak accident. Within a few minutes the next jet hit the WTC, and my blood ran cold as the newscasters became hysterical, and the word "terrorist" was used as the explanation of what we were seeing. Maybe an hour and a half later, my OB/GYN's office called to reschedule my check-up for later that morning. The Doctor was called in to do an emergency C-section, they urged that I refrain from watching the coverage on TV. However,when I went for my check-up that afternoon, the news was blaring from all of these speakers throughout the office.
