My name is Brandon Stone and when i first heard the news of the bombings in New York City I was in between classes at school. One of my friends comes up to me and says point blank "the Twin Towers are gone". Before this event I did not understand the importance of the World Trade Center so I guess it did not really shoch me like it should have. I did not know that it was a terrorist attack or they had actually fallen. The lack of information was kind of annoying. When school was over and I got home I got all the information that had been released at that point. When i got ahold of more of the information alot of emotions came into play. Pain, Anger, Confusion, and about every other emotion was there. I'm watching the news and our counntry has just taken a major blow and people in Afghanistan are cheering in the streets. Once the shock was over a new kind of emotion was there... Pride. Pride in our country, our President, and this great Nation.
