I witnessed it because the world trade center was one of the tallest structures in the world and it came crashing down. It was one of the biggest and worst terrorist attacks ever to happen to the u.s. except for pearl harbor. NMAH Story: Life Changed Has your life changed because of September 11, 2001? If so, tell us how. I dont really think my life has changed but I know many others have changed. I feel sad for the people that lost close riends and loved ones. What should be remembered is all the heroes that helped save as many people as possible or died trying to help as many people as possible. Yes, I think a lot of people feel different about the flag now. I think we take more pride in it. After sept. 11th America is still standing tall and united with pride in our country.
