NMAH Story: Story
I was in 2nd hour class when all of a sudden the principal walked into the classroom and asked to speak to the teacher. So, they left out into the hallway. When the teacher came back, she told us the news, and we were all devistated. So, we all piled into the classroom next to us, because it was the only room with a TV in the hallway. We all watched in horror as the towers were hit. I couldn't stop myself from crying thinking of all the people who must have gotten injured or were murdered by the planes. We watched what we could till the hour was done. As I left the room, I had to sit down because I was so sad that such a horrible thing could happen to the beautiful country we are living in.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
My life has completely changed. Now that I know that we could lose very important people because of acts like this, I always tell the people I love, that I love them, just in case tomorrow never comes. I also have more pride in America because our country showed it's strength by all of us coming together and acting as one.
NMAH Story: Remembered
I think all the victims should be remembered, because they are the ones who died or sacrificed themselves to save the rest of America. They are the true heros as well as the fire fighters.
NMAH Story: Flag
The American flag is now hanging in the front of our home, and has been since the attacks. Now, my heart fills with pride every time I see that beautiful flag because it represents all the Americans who came together to act as one and it also shows that we have pride and strength. That we will never be defeated.
