NMAH Story: Story

I was in the eighted grade,at 13 years old, when September 11 happened. I started school like any other day. Once I got to my first period, it felt weird. I just don't know how to describe that feeling. You know something is wrong, but you don't really know what it is.
Once I got to my second period, Mrs. LaRuffa said that there was something up, but she was told that she was not allowed to tell us. She also said that our parents have to tell us on our own. The rest of the day went normal. I still had that feeling every where I went. I never would have thought that the whole country would remember that day forever.
As soon as I got home, I turned on the TV and all I could see was a black fog. I flipped to another channel, all of them had the same thing. At that time, I still had no idea. I listened and saw the playbacks. I couldn't believe it! It was like something you would see on a movie. I had no idea of terrorist, so I didn't who would do such a thing. It seemed very unreal.
That brought our nation together, as we tried to find survivers. I realized that George W. Bush was a good president after all.(I never was happy that he was elected.) In the end, it all turned out good. We don't have the twin towers anymore, but its still a great place to visit!
