I was sitting in my 2nd hour spanish class at school and a student came in and wispered something in the teachers ear. The teacher informed the class that a 2 planes had struck the world trade center. I looked up to check the time for an unknown reason and I remember 9:02. The teacher turned on the TV and we watched as the first tower fell right as the TV was turned on. 9:02 still. We watched as people jumped from the windows of the 2nd building. How bad could it be up there that jumping was the better option. NMAH Story: Life Changed Has your life changed because of September 11, 2001? If so, tell us how. As of 9/11 I myself have changed to be more patriotic. Before when I looked at a flag I saw it for just a peice of cloth with 3 colors. Now when I look at the flag I see more then just a cloth. I see what our country stands for. What our country has fought for. What people have DIED for. NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? Of the things that should be remember of September 11th the most important is that it happend. Why it happened. What can we do to not let something like this ever happen again. If we forget about this a few years from now it could happen again. We most also remember our losses and gains. We lost lives, but gained heros. We lost We have lost trust, but gained unity.
