The waitor asked us if we were americans and told us a plane had crashed and we felt terrible. We went on with our site seeing and when we came back to our flat a neighbor told us that their had been a tragedy in the United States. His girlfriend spoke english and we were shocked and scared. Our first reaction was we wanted to come home. But of coarse we couldn't leave. It was a horrible experience being out of the country and not being with family and friends.
