I am from McAllen Texas and on that sunny day I dropped off my daughter Mranda at school and my son Mikey at the daycare center and headed to work. I had no idea that anything had happened until one of my co-workers (Eddie Gomez) came in and said the words I will never forget as long as I live "The United States is under attack". We turnd on th T.V. and there it was, the firt tower had already been struck and we al stood aound in the lounge and watched in disbelief as we saw the second tower struck by a plane. We were all speechless. No one knew if it was real or somekind of mistake. I though "this can't happen to us", "not the United States of America". But it did and I will forever have he images etched in my mind. The first thing I did was call my husband Michael to see if he had seen what i had seen. He had, and our lives were changed forever.
