I was sitting In Math class and our TV didnt work but we watched CNN in health class for the whole hour. Everyone was very concerned. The students didnt realize the large impact the this was. They didnt know how large the WTC was and teh impact that Sept 11 would have for years to come. NMAH Story: Life Changed Has your life changed because of September 11, 2001? If so, tell us how. Yes, we are always reminded each and every day. Through media, signs TV, etc. Everyone wears red white and blue adn everyone shows there pride to be American. NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? All of tragic loss of life. People should be reminded of this during our times of war. This will keep us strong and remind us what we are fighting for. If we forget the real reason we're fighting, we wont be strong and stick together. We must be reminded and keep us persisting in the fight against terrorism. NMAH Story: Flag Did you fly an American flag after the events of September 11th? Have your feelings about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th? No but I did see all of the flags that everyone had. It was sad in a way. why did it take such a tragic loss of life to make our country proud? Why must we endure the biggest attack on America just to make us wave American flags and sing about being a "Proud American?" Shouldn't we be proud of our country with all of its people? We go and lose 4000 of them and suddenly we're proud. Nobody cared about patriotism then, Everyone just complaine abut Uncle Sam. "Oh the government gets too much money," "Oh this and oh that." then a tragedy happens, the largest tragedy in our history adn suddenly we're proud, we love america.
