I witnessed the tragic events of september 11 in school in my third period reading class when we heard the terrible news and our teacher quickly turned on the T.V to find that one of the world trade centers had been struck by a flying aircraft. As we were watching in amazment we saw a another plane out of the coner of the T.V and then A few seconds later it hit the tower. As we all watched what was happening not so far away from us we saw the Trade Center start to crumble and fall. Not so long after that the other tower had colasped. That is what I witnessed on september 11th and I will never forget it. NMAH Story: Life Changed Has your life changed because of September 11, 2001? If so, tell us how. I think the firefighters were the ones who should be remembered since they risked their lives for the people in that building. Some of them even died for them. if we did'nt have the firefighters here many more lives would have been lost. That's why i think the firefighters should be remembered the most. Yes, i did fly an American flag after this event i feel diffrent about they put a flag up on gorund zero and it represents many diffrent things for our country.
