NMAH Story NMAH Story: Story How did you witness history on September 11th? Share your experience. I was sitting in class and i felt sick. I asked the teacher if i could go to the office to go call my mom. I could tell that something was wrong when i was taking to her. As i sat waiting in the office for her to come get me i was thinking of everything that could have been wrong. When she arrived I heard her and the lady in the office saying something about how horrible "it" was. I didnt know what "it" was yet. When i got in the car I asked my mom what was going on. She told me that something was happening in America tht was horrible. I wanted to know soo bad what it was. She explained to me that 1 of the twin towers had been hit by an airplane. I thought maybe it was an but it couldnt be an . As i was sitting in the docters office listening to the radio, they said ANOTHER plane had hit the second twin tower had been hit. It surley wasnt an accidnet if both had been hit. A tear started to fall down my mom's face. I knew now that this was serious. NMAH Story: Life Changed Has your life changed because of September 11, 2001? If so, tell us how. Since September 11, I have realized how valuable life is. So many people dies because of this event. It made me realize that everyday i should be thankful that i am alive. NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? I think everyone who put in some effort to save someones life should be remembered. Even if they failed, they still tried and that is what really mattered. I also think that everyone who prayed should be remembered and WILL be remembered by God. NMAH Story: Flag Did you fly an American flag after the events of September 11th? Have your feelings about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th? Yes. I feel better about knowinf that i live in a free country when i fly the AMerican Flag.
