Yes,I winessed history on september 11th.when I found out a plane went in the twin towers,I was shocked.I was in school that day and parents were taking their kids out of school.The teachers were complaining.It was a mess.Then I went home and I watched the news and then that is when i heard about a plane crashing in the Pentagon. At that moment,I knew the world would never be the same.soon all the airports were closed.A week later,President Bush asked all the kids to give a dollar.So I gave hima dollar.A Month after that,fire fighters were on the street trying to make people give money. NMAH Story: Life Changed Has your life changed because of September 11, 2001? If so, tell us how. Life has not changed me, but has changed for many others. People died and thinking of one of those people who was a mom or a dad or a kid makes me feel disappointed. People had to leave their families because they were in the military. We also need to rebuild the twin towers and the Pentegon. Another thing that has changed is security. Airports are the worst. You can't even bring nail clippers on a plane People check the luggage more often. America has changed a lot! NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? I think everything about September 11th should be remembered. For example, the fire fighters who came all around America just to clean up the twin towers. They also helped getting dead bodies out of the mess. Firefighters are the true heros. I think they should be remembered the most. Yes, I did fly the American flag after the events of September 11th. Most Americans did too. Too, bad it took September 11th for us to do that. We should have done it a long time ago. Yes, my feeling about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th. In church everyday we sing God Bless America. I finally realized how powerful America is. I love America!
