NMAH Story NMAH Story: Story How did you witness history on September 11th? Share your experience. I witnessed September 11th in school. Our School has televisions in every classroom and all my teachers had the t.v. on and were watching the events as the second plane crashed into the building. My friends and I didn't know what to think of the events that were taking place. NMAH Story: Life Changed Has your life changed because of September 11, 2001? If so, tell us how. In some cases my life has changed but in most cases it has not. One way that it did effect my life is, after I am done with school I am going to go to the service and because of these terrorist attacks we are or will be at war. NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? I think that the way that the U.S. as a nation came together to help out with the tragady should be remembered. Like how the New York Fire Department rescued as many people as they did. Also how people donated the money that they did to help the victims of Sept. 11th. NMAH Story: Flag Did you fly an American flag after the events of September 11th? Have your feelings about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th? I did not fly a flag after Sept. 11th. I never have flown a flag because I feel that people don't have to show patriotism just to be patriots.
