I was at school and we went to first period between the pasing time of first and second I had heard people saying that the world trade towers had been hit. I didn't know at that point how much tragedy had occured. To tell you the truth all I knew about them is that they stood in New York, and they were 107 stories tall. I couldn't have told you what they were for even if you gave me a hint. I was sort of blind to the stockmarkets and stuff realted tot that. I wasn't able to realize what was going pon until third period when our teacher Mrs. Ernst turned on the tv and told us to sit in our seats and see what was going on in our country. When we got done watching the replays of the buildings getting hit. She stopped muted it and asked if we had had any questions. THe first and last question to be brought up was "Are we at war?", "What are we going to do?" and " Why did they do it?". After school that day I wnet haome and walked aways to a corner garden sotre and sat on the steps with my friends. We were talking about our fears and terrors and wondering what life would be like after this. They left and I just lay there looking towards the sky and praying and asking god." How many great heroic and ordinary people where lost that day and that for all the hate they had towards our country, was nothing more of a reaso to have them do this to us. I hope they feel in there hearts that not just the govrernment and troops re after them in person but we are after them at soul.
