Share your experience. i was at school on september 11, in my algebra III class. the principal came on the loud speaker and announced that the twin towers and the pentagon had both been hit by air planes. i remember trying to get a hold of my mom but couldnt because the phone lines were all busy. later in my english class, we listened to the radio and learned what was going on. If so, tell us how. i feel a little less safe now because of september 11. i remember for a time i couldnt stop myself from looking up when i heard an airplane fly by. i have not yet been inside an airplane since sept. 11. NMAH Story: Remembered What do you think should be remembered about September 11th? i think we should remember the heros and all the people we have lost forever. i think we should remember how strong our country really is and that we should never forget that day which became one of the most important days in history. Have your feelings about the American flag changed as a result of September 11th? i did fly a flag after sept. 11. and my ideas of the American flag have changed. they are stronger and i know now what the flag really represents.
