I am from Louisiana and I was near the Trade Center there. I was at a seminar for my job, when attendees started to receive pages from their loved ones.I actually stayed throughtout the seminar because at first we didn't relize how serious this was. It wasn't until I got home and say the coverage from ground zero.

I never realized how much we take our national security for granted until that day. We as americans go about our daily lives and sleep in the very image of death and we never at night think about the men and women who stay up at night and protect our country. i have so much love and respect for them all.

I had never flown before September 11 and about 14 days later I took my first flight to Florida for business. I wasn't scared.

Everthing and the Grace of God because it cou;d have been 100 times worst.
